SELF AUTOEVALUATION

I think I could do more and better work , like always but im really proud of my work. I have had this idea for a long time ago but I didn´t have the real opportunity to work on it, of course it is not over yet, I have to keep work and studing for implement my idea.

I enjoied this subject a lot, It has been a wonderfull surprise to find the way to enjoy working in something like this. I would like to have some notes or maybe pdfs with the lessons, because I am sure that i am going to need it in the future. Anyway a still have the references of some interesting books about design thinking.
I hope that this subject become a more important subject in my carreer.
It has been a pleaser to work in this blog and I am going to miss this. Thankyou for everything !!!

SMART FAÇADE 

 This is about an idea that I always have in mind: Would be possible to create a changed and moved façade?
It is real that you can see in all the buildings in the cities the needed to personalize the housing and that ended with the modification of the façade. So with that point clear why not create a changed façade that the owners can change whenever they want? 
Also the housing need to be flexible in relation with the space for specials events. Because of that I propose a façade which satisfy all the aims that the people need in this time. 


Technically speaking, the smart facade—or building envelope that adapts to environmental conditions—dates back to the first window. But the contemporary idea of the smart facade has only been around for a few short decades, helped along by recent advances in chemical and material science. And over the past three years, we've seen the category boom.  

I want to remake this concept of "smart facade" thinking in a new way that the facades can interact which people. A facade be able to changed and adapt to the emotions, needs and likes in a friendly way to enviroment and the street.

 I have found many references about smar facade and dynamic facade. These are the most interesting for me.

There are two types of smart façades that are already development: dynamic façades and interact façade. In this both types the façade act as a sort of medium to play and communicate with outside while maintain the privacy for the activities inside the building.
The  façade is based on a series of shading device modules that can change aperture and tilting angles to allow to capture more or less light and to create a pattern that could change when pedestrian passed behind it to block the view through to increase the privacy in interior spaces, or just changed the aesthetic lighting up to convey a messege. The façade works as interface between interior and exterior continuously reconfiguring its envelope to optimize the luminance requirements inside and the scenographic effects outside as emergent pattern and interaction with the audience.


My challange is to be able to fusion this ideas with differents concepts and make possible severals changes and movements in the faces of any building.
