PUNTO LIMPIO/ RECYCLING FACILITY

Punto limpio para la recogida de residuos del corredor agroalimentario de la UPM. Tras el análisis territorial de la zona de actuación se reconocen una serie de puntos de cambio de nivel del terreno que se establecen como puntos de interés y desde los cuales se crea una malla Voronoi que configura la configuración arquitectónica de los diferentes volúmenes del proyecto. Todo el proyecto se realiza con un estructura efímera prefabricada metálica y un acabado exterior de chapas de aluminio. Cada uno de los volúmenes desempeña una función que determina su ubicación en relación a los demás: Plantas de tratamiento, de almacenamiento y un punto de control.

Recycling facility for the waste collection of the agro-food corridor of the UPM. After the territorial analysis of the area, there are recognized a series of turning points of ground level established as points of interest and from which creates a Voronoi mesh that configures the architectural configuration of the different volumes of the project. The entire project is done with a metal prefabricated ephemeral structure and an exterior finish for aluminum sheets. Each of the volumes performs a function that determines its location in relationship to others: treatment, storage, and a point of control plants.

VIVIENDAS TEMPORALES PARA INVESTIGADORES / TEMPORAL DWELLINGS FOR INVESTIGATORS

Son unas viviendas con ocupación temporal para becarios y profesores de investigación de la UPM. Se ubican entorno a una vía de tráfico rodado acoplándose a su curvatura y en zona arbolada.

La entrada al complejo se realiza por una plaza entorno a la cual se sitúa toda a volumetría. El acceso se realiza por escaleras individuales directas a las viviendas en las primeras plantas y por corredor en las de mayor altura. Las viviendas son tipologías en L con una sola habitación, vivienda estudio, con cubiertas ajardinadas de enredaderas. 
Se realizan mediante módulos prefabricados de hormigón con estructura autoportante que permite la superposición de los diferentes módulos. 

There are a few housings with temporary occupation for scholars and teachers of investigation of the UPM. The environment is located to a route of rolled traffic mating to its curvature and in the wooded area.

 The entry to the complex realizes for a square environment to which it is located quite to volume. The access is realized by individual stairs to the housings in the first plants and by the broker in those of major height. The housings are typology in L with only one room, housing studied, with landscaped creepers covering. There is realized by means of prefabricated concrete modules with a self-supporting structure that allows the superposition of the different modules.
